Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship Worldwide with Shiprocket / ShipGlobal / ShipMozo / DHL / FedEx / UPS and use most trusted couriers partners to deliver your package.

Any shipping and delivery matters are governed by this policy ("Shipping & Delivery Policy")

1. Delivery charges

You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order prior to making a payment. We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable.

2. Dispatch time

Please allow 2-5 working days post your placement of order for the shipment to be dispatched.(wholesale or larger quantity of orders may take longer time to dispatch.)

3. Delivery time

The delivery time is approximately 10 to 20 working days in standard courier from the date of shipment dispatched from India. Expedited Service may have 5 to 10 working days delivery and you will need to pay extra for this. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by you at the time of the order.

Though we endeavour to ensure that the shipment reaches you in time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Damaged / Defective goods

If the goods you receive are damaged or defective or not matching your order, you will be required to intimate us about such cases within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

5. Product Returns

The shipping costs incurred for the return of any item(s) will be borne by you. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

6. Covid 19

Courier companies may be delayed to deliver you package due to Covid 19 situation or other any medical emergencies situation.

7. PO Box or Remote Area Address

Customer need to pay additional courier charges if their address falls in PO box address, remote location or no delivery zone area. Courier may refuse to deliver at PO box address so always please provide us a complete street address.

8. Custom & Import Duty Taxes

We do not charge custom duty / VAT / GST or any other specific tax for destination country, if your country’s customs department charge any tax, duty, fees then you will need to pay it. If you have any doubt / query about these charges, you can always ask us, we will try to guide you.
